We are a boutique, family-owned vineyard located on the verdant sloping hills of the Bellarine Peninsula near Portarlington in Victoria.

Our grapes are lovingly estate-grown in rich, black and fertile volcanic soil. They are expertly crafted into glorious, small-batch wines under the guidance of our local, talented winemaker.

Celebrate the change in season with these three delectable wines.

What We Are Drinking

2022 Pinot Noir

  • The 2022 Pinot Noir has a lovely nose of cherry and spices. The palate is rich with cherry and summer berries, with raspberry as the highlight. Clove, nutmeg and star anise linger on the back palate, along with a gentle hint of earthiness.

    A beautifully balanced wine with great structure is perfect to drink now, but will also age with delicate style.

2022 Pinot Gris

  • Our Pinot Gris has a lovely bouquet of pear and white peach. The palate is a medium dry, with a long finish of citrus, green apple and lychee

    This wine will benefit with a little time out of the fridge prior to serving.

2022 Chardonnay

  • Our Chardonnay has a pale straw appearance, and notes of preserved lemon on the nose. Serve chilled, honeydew, melon, pear and lemon curd shine through on the palate. Once it warms, a buttery praline becomes beautifully apparent.

    Enjoy with veal scallopini, pork dishes or a seafood pasta

HOTV is a brand built out of love - a love for our gorgeous property, our sweet animals, and, of course, our love for delicious food and drink.

It is a passion project that has been over a year in the making, and we are so close to opening! We cannot wait to share it with all of you.
